Kombu Bath (kelp, seaweed)

Relaxing Kombu Bath Homemade Beauty Recipe


Kombu is Kelp, Seaweed


1 piece Kombu, 6 to 8 inches long

Hot water

1 handful sea salt


Place the sea salt and Kombu in the bath tub.

Add hot water for a bath until comfortable.

Soak for 10 minutes to 12 minutes, rubbing the kombu on your skin if you wish.

Can be done 1 – 2 times per week until skin improves.
