Anti-Aging Natural Face and Body Scrub

Anti Aging Natural Scrub for Face and Body Skin Beauty Recipe for Visibly Younger Skin in 3-4 Weeks

Use these natural anti-aging fresh fruits and organic ingredients as a facial and body skin scrub to promote youthful, hydrated and glowing skin. Best used on facial skin, shoulders, arms, legs, knees, elbows or feet.

Apply the Four Mixtures below in succession, twice a day – once in the morning, and once in the evening. In three to four weeks you’ll see visible results.

Skin has a 30 – 60 day turnover, so each day you use, you’re one day closer to hydrated, soft, visibly glowing skin.


First Mixture includes Lemon that brightens skin. Agave Nectar which hydrates, and Rice for exfoliation.

Combine together in a small bowl:
½ cup cooked Rice
1 tablespoon fresh squeezed Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Agave Nectar (organic, bottled)

After gently mixing together, gently apply to dry skin (don’t shower beforehand) using small circular motions for apx one – two minutes.
Rinse well with warm water.


Second Mixture includes Oatmeal acts as a gently exfoliant. Pomegranate seeds provide Vitamin C, antioxidants, and anti-aging elements. Honey is a natural moisturizer to all skin types.

In a food processor, blend:
1 cup Oatmeal, use old fashioned or steel cut, not instant
1 tablespoons Pomegranate seeds
Using a spatula, put the mixture above into a small bowl and add & stir together:
2 tablespoons Buttermilk
2 tablespoons Honey

Using a spatula or your fingertips, glide the mixture over your face, (avoid the orbital eye area) and allow to remain on skin for 3-5 minutes. Gently rinse with warm water, pay dry.


Third Mixture includes Papaya and Pineapple for exfoliation and skin brightening. Baking Soda neutralizes the acid from the fruits’ natural juices.

1 slice fresh Pineapple
1 slice fresh Papaya

Gently rub one slice slowly over nose, cheeks, chin and forehead while avoiding the orbital eye area and eyelids.

Allow to remain on skin for five minutes.
Without rinsing smooth a ½ teaspoon of Baking Soda over your skin.
Rinse skin with warm water thoroughly.


Fourth Mixture uses fresh Lemon that lightens and tightens, Almonds that contain Vitamin A for moisturizing and also exfoliate, Honey for hydrating and preventing fine lines and wrinkles, an fresh Mint acts as an astringent as well as an antiseptic.

½ fresh Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Honey
10-14 finely chopped raw Almonds
2 tablespoons minced, fresh Mint
Place Lemon juice into a small bowl, gently combine with the Honey and Almonds.
Add the Mint, and stir well.

Using a spatula or your fingertips, apply the scrub, gently massaging the area in circles with your fingertips. Allow to remain on skin for 4-5 minutes, rinse well with warm water.
